EMM23 Series C-frame Inclinable Power Presses

This series presses adopt rigid transfer clutch and are with simple structure, convenient operation and easy maintenance. The machine uses helical gears which is stable at work and has small impact, low noise. EMM23-25 open type inclinable press machine is the first to adopt rolling bearing than the commonly used sliding bearing (copper bearing ) for the transmission gear, which make the transmission gear more wear-resistant and avoid loud noises of gears caused by the quick worn copper bearing.

2. EMM23-25 open type inclinable press machine is unique in this industry. The 35 ton press made by other domestic manufacturers mainly adopts the machine body as 25 ton press and transmission gear adopts copper. While we redesign the machine body, the machine body of 35 ton press is far more heavier than 25 ton one (good strength). At the same time it adopts rolling bearing transmission (gear noise is small), which is equivalent to a general sense of 40 ton light press.

3. The 80T-level press machine all adopt the structure of pneumatic dual balance cylinder, which has small fluctuate of the balance force and it balances the weight of the slider and the die, which prevents the lathe from being unstable. It can also avoid the clash and noise caused by the converse streets of gears in transmission, eliminate the clearance between connecting rod and slider, reduce the compact and wear of stress parts and avoid accidents caused by the falling of slider when the brake fails or the connecting rood ruptures.
