The machine bed is designed by enclosed type, and it has good stability performance and high rigidity. All the casting parts are treated with secondary tempering and heating processing. The surface of guide-way is treated by hardening or pasting to mould.
The machine is mechanical transmission. It is different from traditional gear dive which is high fault, high energy and high maintenance.
Three axis drives by AC servo motors. The ball screw and PLC motor program promise the stable movement and good driving performance. We use electronic handwheel to achieve micro feed.
There is auto lubrication system to ensure moving smoothly.
The spindle adopts gear drive, it has merits of large torque, low noise and high precision. The tool is changed by pneuma lock system. It is convenient and efficient.
There is protecting cover around machine, so the machine is safety to operation.
The machine uses digital display to operate convenient.
