The Ironworker is the most used and most versatile machine a person can have in their manufacturing or fabrication shop, maintenance department or vocational school. Ironworkers save time, increase productivity, eliminate waste and create clean smooth cut.
EMM’s universal multi – function Ironworker machine for production purposes with maximum efficiency and minimum deformation. The Q35Y-20(90ton) pressure machines are in the EMM’s tradition of well engineered, robust steelworkers built for long working life.
The universal machines are supplied with  standard tooling include repetition support table at punching, shearing and notching stations and with easily adjust hold down at five stations to safely and control the operations, comprehensive safety guards are fitted as standard on all working stations.
Free standing on suitable floor, the ironworker machines just require electrical connection to be ready for work. For two operator utilization, the hydraulic system is activated by two shielded for switch control , one operating the punching end cylinder, the other operating shearing end cylinder, the shear cylinder provides the power to three shearing stations and notching station.
The system gives precision accurate power inching at all give five works stations and allows the ironworker machine to be stop at any position giving safe and accurate tool setting and working positioning. Limit switches at both ends of the machine control stroke length at all stations.
Centralized lubrication is meter by one – Shot system, being only one feature of the low maintenance requirement.
Machine includes 1 movable magnetic base low volts halogen light, 1meter long touch and cut rule length stop back gauge. Fine adjustment facility to punch stroke and measuring scale in the notching table.
